Many British celebrities have turned down offers to assist in the coronation of King Charles III.
Several reports have claimed that Harry Styles, Elton John, Robbie Williams and the Spice Girls have all refused to dance at the coronation ceremony on May 7 at Windsor Castle. The king and his wife Camilla, the Queen of the throne, are buried on the 6th of May.
It was previously reported that Adele and Ed Sheeran also said no to the concert. Representatives for the artists did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Royal experts have insisted to Fox News Digital that there is still plenty of time to make a star-studded list on Charles’ big day.

“As for the list of players for the coronation ceremony, I will not panic yet,” said Christopher Andersen, author of “The King.”
“Joss Stone is a close friend of the royal family and can usually be counted on,” he said. “Also, there’s a long list of American pop stars starring as an actor.”

Andersen pointed out that A-listers such as Diana Ross, Alicia Keys and Andrea Bocelli performed at the late Queen’s Jubilee last year and are likely to be invited again.
“They’d be crazy not to ask Madonna, who’s on tour for her 40th birthday this summer, and I’m sure I wouldn’t mind a chance for the king,” Andersen said. “So, a lot of options. People are reading a lot into what is appropriate and planning the conflict. It is very doubtful that anyone will refuse the invitation to celebrate the coronation… It is a special time in history, and , actually, too. great gig!”

“Rocket Man” – Elton John – is starting his farewell tour. However, some of Princess Diana’s fans speculated that it would be strange for one of her friends to sing for her ex-husband and his mistress. The actor, 75, famously attended Diana’s funeral in 1997.
Like John, Styles is in the middle of a world tour. And while others are hoping for a reunion of the Spice Girls, Victoria Beckham admits in 2022 that she doesn’t want to do it – at least in person.

Sheeran is on his North American tour and will be in Texas on the day of the coronation. Many reports alleged that Adele “refused to accept the invitation without any explanation.” The singer is not scheduled to perform publicly after March 25. The singer recently told fans during a performance at her Las Vegas residency that she was suffering from back pain and sciatica.
As the 34-year-old, Williams is not scheduled to perform in public from April to May 13. However, the “Angels” singer is in the middle of a world tour.

Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams says members of British boy band Take That, Kylie Minogue and Lionel Richie are set to appear. It has not yet been officially announced, but it is promising, he said. He also pointed out that Rod Stewart performed at the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee concert and may appear again. Royalist Shannon Felton Spence said Charles’ coronation is expected to be a different, more subdued affair than his mother’s. So, the fun will be similar to that too.
“Britain is a world leader in arts and culture, so there will be no shortage of choices from the British Isles,” she said. “It will be wonderful for the king to expand the website and show performers from all over the Commonwealth. It will show the diversity of art, faith, origin and geography that the king attaches importance to his work.”

“King Charles has great intentions in the entertainment industry,” she said. “The Prince’s Trust supports performers and often involves celebrities in its work. Many singers have ties to the prince, so I’m sure this shows nothing but plotting.”

Still, Felton Spence admits the Queen, who died in September aged 96, was a tough act to follow.
Felton Spence said: “The famous queen was among the terrorists; it’s part of the British culture.” “She was a cultural hero, especially in her later years. A king doesn’t have that kind of appeal. Not at all.”
The coronation ceremony promises to “bring music icons and stars together to celebrate this historic event.” It will feature an orchestra playing “interpretations of popular music” fronted by entertainers and performers from the worlds of dance and art. There will also be a selection of spoken word lists “delivered by stars of the stage and screen.”
